Fall in the Midwest

Last Saturday we decided to take advantage of the lowering gas prices and drive to Ludington, Michigan. It took us just under two hours each way. We passed hundreds of miles of dense deciduous forests. It was a really nice day that made us feel a lot more at home in the midwest.

It is extremely comfortable. Pam and I always fight for it. I mean that literally. I usually concede the chair once she starts with kidney shots.
